About Empower Center Care

Empower Center Care has a proud history of providing compassionate care to those who need it most. Established in 2014, we began with four group homes in the Eastside St. Paul and West St. Paul areas. After six successful years, we embarked on constructing our current Hazel location, initially offering 24 rooms.

In 2023, driven by the growing need and our commitment to excellence, we expanded the Hazel location by adding 30 more rooms. This expansion, completed in April 2024 after seven months of dedicated work, enables us to serve even more residents with the high-quality care they deserve.
